Meet our gentle donkeys, Maddie and Petal, and enjoy a fun-filled hands-on experience at Larkrise Community Farm this summer!

Perfect for young animal lovers, our 45-minute Donkey Sessions give children the opportunity to spend quality time with our friendly donkeys while learning all about their care in a safe and relaxed farm environment.

During the session, children will:
🌿 Lead a donkey around the farm
🪥 Learn how to groom and care for a donkey
🥕 Discover what donkeys eat and help prepare their food
❤️ Build confidence while interacting with gentle, friendly animals

Each session is led by our experienced Estate Lead, Wendy, who has a wealth of knowledge about caring for equines and loves sharing her passion with children.
